The Medical Practice Management Club aims to supplement the formal curriculum by offering a series of lectures and seminars that will provide an introduction to the challenges involved in running a medical practice. The lectures will provide an introduction to the skills necessary to establish and run a fiscally and logistically efficient practice. Such skills will allow you to direct your time and energy to provide better patient care, and allow for more personal time.
The sessions will be taught by experts in the various fields and will be open to all undergraduate medical students. To wrap up the year, we will present the day-long Medical Practice Management Symposium which will give students an opportunity to revisit many popular issues as well as explore new topics related to their future medical careers.
